Postage
- Postage costs via Sendle Express Post Rate, shipping is calculated upon check out.
- We offer combined postage for multiple purchases. However, please note that we cannot add items to orders after the cut-off time. This ensures smooth processing and avoids complications with our pick list and preparation times, including de-potting and drying.
Packing
We take great care in selecting the finest plants from our inventory for dispatch to you. All plants are shipped bare-rooted (WITHOUT A POT & MINIMAL SOIL), meticulously cleaned, and undergo thorough quality checks. Each plant is carefully wrapped to ensure safe transportation. While rare, instances of damage, loss, or delay in transit may occur. Please note that once the parcel is in the custody of Australia Post, we cannot be held accountable for any issues that may arise. If you have any concerns or grievances, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can promptly address them. Messages received after this time frame, unfortunately, will not be considered.
Dispatch
We exclusively utilize EXPRESS POST for plant dispatches, scheduling shipments only on Mondays and Tuesdays to reduce the likelihood of plant damage during transit. Buyers are always furnished with tracking numbers to ensure peace of mind, and insurance options are available upon request. It's important to note our payment cut-off time: Friday at 1 pm AEST. Orders and payments received after this deadline will be dispatched in the subsequent week. Please be advised that we are unable to ship to WA, TAS, and NT, or internationally due to quarantine restrictions.
Pick Up/ Meet Up
For convenience, we offer two options for receiving your items: pick up or meet up. Pick up is available directly from our location at OZ BALCONY SUCCULENT in Docklands, Victoria, Australia 3008. Alternatively, we also offer the option to meet up at Southern Cross Station or Marvel Stadium for added flexibility. Option for potted plant or bare-root is available for pick up or meet up.
